What concrete coating services do you offer?
We coat and finish garage and shop floors, basements, patios, driveways, pool decks and commercial floors with epoxy, polyaspartic, flake, quartz, metallic, stamped, stained, polished and overlay systems. We also handle crack and spall repair, leveling, sealing and surface prep. Every service has its own page.
How do I get a price for a coating?
Fill in the form on any page, or call or text 615-431-3789. A few photos and the size of the area are often enough for a first number, and larger or trickier jobs start with a short visit. You get a written scope and price before any work begins.
How much does a garage floor coating cost?
It depends on the size, the slab condition, the system and the finish. Flake and metallic systems cost more than a solid color, and heavy crack repair adds time. Our Coverage Calculator gives a planning range, and photos or a visit give you a firm written price.
How long does a garage floor coating take?
Many garage floors take two to three days from grinding to a finished topcoat, then a short cure before cars come back. Weather, humidity and the system chosen change the timing, and we give you a written schedule.
What is the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Epoxy builds a thick, glossy base with a strong bond. Polyaspartic cures faster and resists sun yellowing. Many floors use epoxy for the body and a polyaspartic or urethane topcoat for sun and scratch protection.
Will my coating peel?
Peeling usually comes from poor prep or moisture in the slab. We grind the surface, repair cracks and test for moisture before choosing a system, which is the best protection. Our Slab Doctor shows what to look for.
Can you coat cracked or stained concrete?
Usually yes, after repair and cleaning. Hairline cracks are filled and leveled, oil stains are treated, and old sealers or paint are ground off. Moving cracks and badly settled slabs are different, and we tell you honestly what is possible.
When can I walk or park on a new coating?
Foot traffic usually comes first, then light use, then cars after the cure time for the system. Cold or damp weather slows the cure. Our Project Timeline shows typical windows, and your written schedule gives the exact ones.
Are coated floors slippery?
A smooth gloss can be slick when wet, so we add texture where it matters. Flake and quartz systems have natural grip, and we can add fine grit to topcoats. Try our Traction Dial to see how texture changes grip.
Can you coat patios, driveways and pool decks?
Yes. Outdoor surfaces get UV-stable, textured systems, from coatings and sealers to stamped overlays. We clean, repair and profile the slab first, and choose texture and color for sun, rain and bare feet.
What is the difference between a coating, an overlay and a sealer?
A coating is a thin resin film, an overlay is a thin cement-based layer that can be stamped or textured, and a sealer soaks in or forms a clear protective skin. We help you pick the one that suits the slab and the look you want.
Do you work for businesses and builders?
Yes. We coat shops, showrooms, kitchens, warehouses and parking decks, and we work with builders and property managers on phased schedules, with a written scope and one point of contact.
Where do you work?
We serve 28 Middle Tennessee cities, from Nashville, Franklin and Murfreesboro to Hendersonville, Gallatin, Lebanon and Columbia. If your town is not listed, call 615-431-3789 and we will tell you what is possible.
Do I need to move everything out?
For garages and rooms, yes, the floor needs to be clear. We tell you what to move, and we can talk through options for heavy items. Outdoors, we ask you to clear furniture and plants from the work area.
