Four clues behind every prep plan.
Cracks say a lot
Hairline cracks are usually easy to fill. Wide or uneven cracks may be moving.
Oil goes deep
Oil soaks in, and left in the slab it can keep a new coating from bonding.
Moisture matters
Damp patches and white powder point to water moving through the slab.
Old coatings come off
Peeling paint and sealers must be ground off before anything new goes on.

Will my coating peel?
Peeling usually comes from poor prep or moisture in the slab. We grind the surface, repair cracks and test for moisture before choosing a system, which is the best protection. Our Slab Doctor shows what to look for.
Can you coat cracked or stained concrete?
Usually yes, after repair and cleaning. Hairline cracks are filled and leveled, oil stains are treated, and old sealers or paint are ground off. Moving cracks and badly settled slabs are different, and we tell you honestly what is possible.
How do I get a price for a coating?
Fill in the form on any page, or call or text 615-431-3789. A few photos and the size of the area are often enough for a first number, and larger or trickier jobs start with a short visit. You get a written scope and price before any work begins.
Not sure what you are looking at?
Send a photo of the slab and we will tell you what we see and what it needs.
